When stefan and stephanie reed set out to build up the south oklahoma city community it was birthed from 12+ years of being pastors less than 1 mile down the road! they have always been passionate about faith and fitness! when the opportunity came to combine the two, they were all in!

with more than 50+ years of combinedexperience in fitness, coaching, and personal development, stefan and stephanie bring both deep experience and a personal touch tto every person they serve.

stefan and stephanie bring more than fitness credentials to the table--they bring heart, leadership, and a calling to help others become who they were made to be. stefan's background in pastoral ministry adds a layer of mentorship to everything he does, while stephanie's leadership and advocacy work in the community reflect her passion for empowering others, especially women and underserved voices.

with the help of their amazing team, they have created a space where you can be seen, heard, loved, and respected from the moment you step foot in the parking lot. it's a place you can belong before you believe!
